Designed to be sensitive to its village surroundings, Elderfield Gardens sees the redevelopment of the former Farmers Arms public house into 10 high-quality homes.
Having been derelict since 2010, the scheme has helped to secure a brighter future for the site, providing much-needed family homes for this affluent Cheshire suburb.
Located close to Lymm Village centre and the rolling Cheshire countryside, the scheme consists of eight detached four-bedroom family homes and two semi-detached two-bedroom properties arranged around a cul-de-sac.
The two-bedroom homes were offered at a discounted price to people with local connections. Mulbury also donated the pub signage, which depicts two farmers in conversation, to the Lymm Heritage Centre.
