Didsbury Point, Manchester
Located in one of South Manchester’s most fashionable neighbourhoods, Albert Place was Mulbury’s first development built for private sale under the Mulbury Living brand.
The 36 luxury apartments were built on the former Withington Hospital site and the stunning development features its own private park for residents to enjoy.
Being close to West Didsbury Metrolink station, the homes were targeted at Manchester city centre professionals and other commuters. The scheme sold out ahead of completion with many buyers being assisted by the Help to Buy scheme.
The name Albert Place derives from the original ‘Withington and Albert Park’ railway station which is now the Metrolink station.
