Mulbury worked with Together Housing Group to build 21 homes on a site that was left partially-built when the previous private housing developer stopped trading more than a decade earlier.
The much-needed family homes, situated on a former garage site, were made available for social rent by Housing Pendle, part of Together Housing Group.
The scheme provides five two-bedroom houses and six three-bedroom houses, some of which include integral garages. The energy-efficient homes are helping families lower their fuel bills.
“The development presented many challenges due to its unique nature, which many other developers would have shied away from, but our partnership with Mulbury has provided an excellent finished product.”
