Reddish, Greater Manchester
This attractive development in Reddish will provide 14 red brick houses and townhouses adjacent to the local 19th century Victoria and Elisabeth Mills in the Houldsworth Conservation Area.
Once a textile dying works which has been vacant since 1976, the development will provide much-needed affordable housing in the area.
The nine three-bedroom and five four-bedroom homes will each benefit from two car parking spaces and will be available via shared ownership.
Funded by Homes England, the scheme is being built on behalf of Equity Housing Group.
