Reddish, Greater Manchester
This project saw Mulbury working in partnership with Equity Housing Group, Stockport Council and Homes England to develop 14 homes for shared ownership on a site off Harrogate Road in Reddish.
Now named Harlow Close, the development comprises nine 3-bedroom and five 4-bedroom houses, each with two car parking spaces and gardens.
Situated in the Houldsworth Conservation Area, the homes have revitalised the site of a former textile dying works which had been vacant since the mid 1970s.
They were designed to complement the nearby 19th century Victoria and Elisabeth Mills which have also recently been refurbished to provide new homes.
