Specialist affordable housing developer, Mulbury Homes, has relocated to new offices in Lymm, Cheshire.
The company has moved to Great Oak Farm, a high quality office conversion in Mag Lane close to the M56 and M6 motorways.
Mulbury Homes specialises in the procurement and delivery of inspiring affordable homes across the North and is currently developing 250 units on behalf of registered social landlords (RSLs) with a number of other developments in the pipeline.
Greg Mulligan, director of Mulbury Homes, said: “We are currently developing sites across the region and are also in negotiations on a number of other land purchases that will provide excellent development opportunities for registered social landlords.
“Having easy access to the motorway network is vital to our business and was a key consideration behind our move to Great Oak Farm, which provides excellent office facilities in a great semi-rural location.”
Mulbury Homes has a turnover of £15million. Its current projects include a £5million development of apartments and houses at St Lukes Road, Weaste, for Great Places Housing Group; a £10million development of high quality homes at Thelwall Lane, Warrington, for Helena Partnerships; and a £1.5million development to provide 14 homes in Helsby for Cube.
Mulbury Homes, formerly based at Heatley House, Mill Lane, Lymm, will benefit from high quality office space, on-site parking and easy access to the motorway network at Great Oak Farm, which was converted four years ago.
