Specialist affordable housing developer Mulbury Homes has appointed Phil Palmer as its new land director.
Phil has been recruited to help drive the continued organic growth of Cheshire-based Mulbury Homes through strategic land acquisition as well as leading the planning process for new developments.
He joins the company from national house builder Countryside Properties where he was a land manager. Previous to this he worked in a land buying role for North Wales house builder David McLean Homes.

His professionalism, knowledge and commercial acumen will be instrumental in assisting us with further site acquisitions and in delivering high quality affordable housing to registered social landlords across the North of England.”
Based in Lymm, Cheshire, Mulbury Homes has a turnover of £15million. The company specialises in the procurement and delivery of inspiring affordable homes across the North and is currently developing 250 units on behalf of registered social landlords (RSLs) with a number of other developments in the pipeline.
Current projects include a £5million development of apartments and houses at St Lukes Road, Weaste, for Great Places Housing Group; a £10million development of high quality homes at Thelwall Lane, Warrington, for Helena Partnerships; and a £1.5million development to provide 14 homes in Helsby for Cube.
