Customer Care Operative

We have a great opportunity for a multi-skilled Customer Care Operative to join our expanding team.

The role:

  • Carrying out maintenance and remedial works.
  • Logging reports/completion of defects on Clixifix system.
  • Maintaining regular contact with the customer care department and reporting to the Customer Care Manager.
  • Carrying out inspections/assessments and reporting back to the customer care team.
  • Assisting live site teams to prepare for handovers where required.
  • The ideal candidate will have a variety of skills and be able to prioritise in order to complete high-quality repairs while representing Mulbury with a professional, polite and friendly approach.
  • This is a customer facing position, so the ability to be flexible, solve problems quickly and exceeding customer expectations are essential to maintain Mulbury’s high standards. Previous experience of working in customer care for a construction company is beneficial.

Competitive salary. The role is site-based, so a company van and fuel card will be provided for work use.
