Plans to create 17 new homes on a parcel of land owned by Prestwich Golf Club have been submitted.
Mulbury has submitted proposals for the bespoke homes which would be built on an area of the course next to Kersal Road in the south-west corner of the golf club site.
Designed by Calderpeel Architects, the detached and semi-detached homes will be made available for private sale under the Mulbury Living brand.

Mulbury has been granted planning permission for a scheme of 14 homes in the historic Houldsworth Conservation Area in Reddish, Greater Manchester.
The homes, to be situated in a new cul-de-sac off Harrogate Road, will be marketed for private sale under the Mulbury Living brand. The site is adjacent to the 19th century Victoria and Elisabeth Mills.
The red-brick townhouses will offer a mix of three and four-bedroom properties arranged in two terraced rows. The development offers on-site parking provision with two spaces for each property.

The village of Caton, near Lancaster, is to get 30 new homes after Mulbury gained planning permission for a new development.
The homes will regenerate the former SJ Bargh haulage site, which has been vacant for a number of years, with new two, three and four-bedroom homes.
Nine of the homes in the development are to be made available for shared ownership and affordable rent.

The Cheshire village of Lymm is to get 10 new family homes in a new development by Mulbury Living, the residential housing division of Mulbury.
The homes will be built on the derelict site of the former Farmer Arms public house which closed almost six years ago.
Mulbury has acquired the site in Rush Green Road and secured planning permission for eight detached four-bedroom family homes and two semi-detached two-bedroom properties arranged around a cul-de-sac. The two-bedroom homes will be offered at a discounted price to people with local connections.

A new £3.5 development of luxury apartments in South Manchester is proving popular with buyers with almost two thirds of the development already sold.
Albert Place, situated at Didsbury Point, has sold 26 of its 36 properties despite work only starting on site over the summer.
