Construction work is progressing well on Mulbury’s £27.6m scheme of 135 private rented sector (PRS) apartments in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.
Over the last few weeks, work on the foundations has been completed, the tower crane has been erected and the building is now starting to come out of the ground.
In this site update video, James Alderson, head of Mulbury City, explains the benefits of the PRS model and what the Port Street scheme will offer to residents.
Sean Kempley, contracts manager at Bardsley Construction, also gives a brief update on what’s been happening on site and the progress of the build.
Mulbury’s Port Street PRS scheme is being funded by M&G Real Estate.
